FREE! Two Scale Check-In

This is a visual tool depicting the two scales that I use to help simplify my life. When doing an activity, deciding on an item in your home, or even spending time with someone, use this simple number line system to help guide you toward making positive choices. If you can get at least one green number on either of the scales, it will be beneficial to continue the activity, relationship, or to keep the item. If both numbers are red, you might want to stop and rethink.
